The Perfect Hard-Boiled Egg

The Perfect Hard-Boiled Egg
-Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water.
-Bring the water to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 12 minutes.
-12 MINUTES (trust me, this is the perfect amount of time)!!
-Drain and immerse eggs immediately into an ice bath.
